Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, we will allow 7 days from the date you receive it, to send it back for a return or an exchange.
*Please Note: A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Your item must be unworn/unused
- In the same new condition that you received it in
- In original packaging
- Item(s) MUST be postmarked within the 7-days timeframe
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Sale items are non-refundable
Please Note: Return shipping charges are not covered- that is the client's responsibility when returning the item.
Free Shipping Returns
If you made a purchase during a promo for "free shipping" and decide to return the order- you will be refunded for the order total minus the shipping charges as we do not cover shipping charges in such instances.
- All damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please email us with photographic evidence of the damage at email@example.com within this timeframe. Any reports after this timeframe will be invalid.
- Damaged items must be postmarked and shipped back within 7 days.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect.
